Chocolate chip energy bites

Sharing one of our fall favorite "healthyish" treats. They are great to put in my kids lunches.

CHIP ENERGY BALLS πŸŽƒ

These could also be called LACTATION PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE BALLS.
They have all the ingredients that you find in lactation cookies πŸͺ so just saying.

3 cups rolled oats
1 full cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut πŸ₯œ butter or your fav butter
1 cup pumpkin purΓ©e
2/3 cup honey 🍯
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tablespoons of chia seeds
6 Tablespoons of ground Flaxseed (adjust amount based on wetness of the dough when you roll into balls)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls. I used a tablespoon to scoop the balls. Place on parchment paper and freeze for an hour. Put into an air tight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
